She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. Located in a convenient area, it's easy to get around via metro or taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort.
