The hotel's location is excellent—super convenient for getting around Wuhan, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Wuhan.
