Free Wi-Fi is available with no password required, though they don’t provide disposable toothbrushes; however, they do offer toothpaste, a reusable cup, shampoo, conditioner, and a refreshing citrus-scented soap. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a stunning view of the rainbow-colored pathway leading straight to the sea, plus a small private balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. Check-in time is after 3 PM, so if you arrive early or late at night, you might need to wait—but staff are always helpful with updates. Check-out is before 11 AM, and returning your key to the front desk is all you need to do; no hassle at all. Even though the website mentions that front desk staff only speak Korean, I called ahead to confirm my reservation—and they actually arranged for a multilingual staff member who speaks Chinese, which made the entire process much smoother and more comfortable. The room itself is cozy and well-equipped: a heating system and electric blanket kept me warm throughout the night, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning. There’s also a beautiful makeup mirror beside the bed, which makes applying makeup under natural light feel like a real treat. Despite being near the airport, airplane noise isn’t noticeable—though some footstep sounds from guests below can be heard. We're back in Jeju Island again, and once more we chose this charming hotel — and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owners are genuinely kind and helpful.
