This was my second stay at Qiuguo Hotel in Xi'an, and I’ve tried different room types—both times were excellent. On my second visit, it was quite cold outside when I arrived, and the front desk staff immediately offered me a warm cup of tea. Super thoughtful! I checked in earlier than usual, and they promptly arranged for housekeeping to clean the room so I could get in early—no waiting, just smooth and efficient service. The room itself lived up to the high standard I’d experienced before: clean, well-maintained, comfortable bedding, and all amenities in perfect working order. The location is fantastic—just steps away from Yongning Gate and Nanshaomen Metro Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Overall, this hotel delivers great value with genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Xi'an. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed—perfect for a comfortable stay. I booked a twin-bed room with generous-sized beds and plenty of room to move around, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff, especially housekeeper Xiao Yu, went above and beyond with warm, friendly service and always made me feel welcome. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby all night. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with both Western and local options: fresh bread, milk, porridge, noodles, rice noodles, and more. Afternoon tea offerings were equally impressive, featuring a nice selection of nuts and light snacks. Dining areas were clean, inviting, and well-lit. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Taxis drop you right at the door, and there are countless restaurants and street food stalls nearby. Everything is convenient, and the amenities throughout the hotel are modern and fully functional. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. I easily reached Datang Everbright City and the Shaanxi History Museum without needing transfers.
