Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

Just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and it’s easy to reach popular spots like Beijing Road and Zhujiang New Town. Best of all, the Da Shatou Pier is right outside—night cruises on the Pearl River start with just one step out the door. The location couldn’t be better. My stay was elevated by the exceptional service, especially from housekeeper Xiao Qian and the front desk team, who greeted me with genuine warmth and efficiency. What stood out most were the little touches that made a big difference: a diverse, fresh breakfast, late-night snacks that were still warm, and a comforting glass of milk before bed—simple but deeply thoughtful. The 24-hour gym, self-service laundry with drying facilities, and free parking were practical perks that added real value, especially for travelers with cars. Whether I needed help finding directions or printing documents, staff responded promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness created a sense of true hospitality—like being welcomed into a second home. This wasn’t just a place to sleep; it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. For business trips or leisure travel, this hotel delivers comfort, care, and character. I’ve already recommended it to friends—and I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Guangzhou.

Located in the heart of Guangzhou, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience with easy access to major attractions like Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square. What stands out most is the direct China Travel bus stop right at the entrance—perfect for travelers heading to Hong Kong or Macau, saving time and hassle on the journey. The staff truly goes above and beyond. Sabrina, the front desk agent, was exceptionally helpful during check-out—efficient, warm, and genuinely attentive. When my family visited, parking attendant Mr. Lin Zechuan arranged a spot seamlessly, making our reunion stress-free. The luggage storage attendants were also friendly and reliable—always ready to assist. The room itself was beautifully designed: clean, minimalist, and well-equipped without feeling overly luxurious. I stayed in a high-floor riverside suite, and the view was stunning—wide-open vistas of the river by day, dazzling city lights at night. Despite being over 50 years old, the hotel has been thoughtfully renovated throughout—from the lobby and corridors to elevators and guest rooms—all blending timeless elegance with modern comfort. It’s rare to find such a balance between heritage charm and contemporary functionality. Every detail reflects care and attention, making it a standout choice for both business and leisure travelers. Absolutely worth the five-star rating! The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making evening strolls or late-night bites super convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and packed with all the essentials for business travelers: top-notch Wi-Fi that’s lightning fast, so working late on projects felt stress-free. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. If you're traveling for work and want comfort, convenience, and great value, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be back.
