The laundry service is outstanding: just drop off your clothes by noon, and by evening they’re returned neatly washed, dried, folded, and waiting in the room. So convenient and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless every time I came back—no dust, no mess, just perfect cleanliness. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything. What truly touched me was the little gift they gave upon checkout—it felt personal and warm. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. Staying at The PuXuan Hotel and Spa in Beijing was a delightful experience overall. The room size was just right—not too cramped, not overly spacious—and being just steps from the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The twin beds were slightly smaller than expected, but the mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs—perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and soft center. However, the wonton soup could use more depth in flavor. Adding some rice noodles or vermicelli dishes, maybe even a spicy beef noodle option, would be a great addition to the menu. Despite minor room for improvement, the hospitality, location, and value for money made this stay truly memorable. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Beijing!

I was thrilled to book a Comfort Room again—so happy! While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show their age, everything is well-maintained and functional. Cleanliness stands out—every corner is spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right in the heart of Xidan, with shopping, dining, and subway access just steps away. During the holiday season, the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive vibes—warm, cheerful, and full of spirit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated my late checkout without any hassle. This is hands down my go-to choice for business trips. Convenient, reliable, and consistently great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip. Located right in the heart of Beijing, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Wangfujing shopping street and major attractions like the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured all the amenities we needed. The view of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Mountain was simply unforgettable. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

Staying at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing Beijing was an absolutely unforgettable experience—far beyond what I expected. Nestled in the heart of old Beijing, the hotel offers a perfect blend of tradition and luxury with excellent access to public transit. From the moment we walked in, every detail screamed quality: impeccable cleanliness, elegant design, and service that felt genuinely personal. My birthday was celebrated with a beautifully decorated room, a sparkling champagne toast, and a delicious cake—my kids were thrilled to find a whole basket of candies waiting for them! The non-alcoholic beverages were surprisingly sophisticated, many I’d never tasted before. The bathroom was a dream—huge soaking tub with powerful water pressure, and the air conditioning maintained perfect, consistent temperature without any drafts or sudden shifts. It’s clear the building systems are top-notch. Even the little extras like a yoga mat in the room showed how thoughtfully designed everything is. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a true luxury retreat. Staying at Beijing Hotel NUO in Wangfujing was an absolute pleasure. Located right on Dong Chang'an Street, the hotel is just a short walk from Wangfujing Metro Station (Lines 4 and 8), making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Right outside the door, you're surrounded by Wangfujing pedestrian street — packed with shopping malls, boutiques, local eateries, and souvenir shops. Everything you need is within easy reach. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness was top-notch — everything looked spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. The interior design has a unique, elegant charm that really sets the tone for a refined experience. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Xiao Han and Xiao Song — their warm welcome, helpful tips, and attentive service made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. A truly memorable stay with excellent value and outstanding hospitality.

Capital Hotel（the Forbidden City，Tiananmen）

Staying at Capital Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Beijing. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city’s top attractions. The staff went above and beyond; I especially want to thank Mr. Zhu, the front desk manager in gray, who helped me resolve a major issue with such warmth and professionalism. Even during Beijing’s cold winter weather, the genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and elegant. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located, and genuinely welcoming hotel in central Beijing, this is the one. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back.

Le Joy Hotel

The service from our host Xuanxuan was exceptional—warm, attentive, and proactive. She called us the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time, and when we arrived, everything was already prepared. The room itself is beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We loved how convenient the location is: just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so dining and shopping could be done without stepping outside. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Xuanxuan truly made our stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back and will request her for my next visit.
