This was my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was just as excellent as the first time. During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. It’s a perfect choice for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.

The bed was absolutely the highlight of our stay—the mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were just right for a restful night’s sleep. No back pain or restless tossing around. The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water supply. High-quality toiletries added a nice touch, making the experience feel luxurious. And let’s not forget the floor-to-ceiling windows—they flood the room with natural light during the day and offer stunning views of the city lights at night. It truly elevated the whole stay. Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Xiamen Baiwuzhou Park was a great experience overall. The room decor is straightforward but well-maintained, and since it opened just last year, everything feels fresh and clean. I was originally booked into a smaller room, but thanks to the front desk staff Sandra, I got upgraded to a larger one—such a pleasant surprise! As part of the Hilton family, the hotel offers reliable quality and service. Located right next to the historic Xiamen Old Tea Factory, the subtle aroma of roasted tea drifts through the open window every now and then—really adds character to the stay. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure visits. With excellent value for money and a peaceful, unique atmosphere, this place is definitely worth returning to.

Staying at the Home Inn Cloud Season Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location is incredibly convenient—right next to several local eateries, including a little shop called Afai Fa Bian Shi, which serves delicious handmade rice noodles that I actually ended up going back to twice. What really stood out was the exceptional service. As someone who travels frequently for work, the ergonomic chair and LED reading lights were a game-changer—perfect for unwinding after long flights. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, instantly melting away any travel fatigue. Hot water in the bathroom came on instantly, and the toiletries were from the lovely Petrov brand—subtle fragrance, high quality, and such a nice touch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I appreciated the free self-service laundry area. Even the delivery robot added a fun, futuristic vibe to the stay. Breakfast at the third-floor dining hall was an absolute highlight—the space features a unique Tulou-inspired design, and the breakfast spread was impressive: endless options, including local favorites like Sha Cha Noodles and coconut cakes, all fresh, tasty, and satisfying. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and super efficient—check-in and check-out were quick, and they went the extra mile to answer questions about nearby attractions and transit. When I had a last-minute request during my stay, a team member promptly stepped in without hesitation. Even after checking out, I received a thoughtful follow-up message—plus, getting a missing invoice processed across cities was handled smoothly and fast. That level of care truly makes you feel valued. Despite being nestled in a quiet residential area, the hotel remained peaceful and undisturbed by noise. The interior design cleverly blends Fujian Tulou architectural elements with modern elegance—every public space is immaculate, clean, and airy, with no lingering odors. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to the metro station, making access to major sights and shopping districts effortless. Linjie, the staff member we interacted with, was incredibly warm and helpful—she gave us great recommendations for local eateries and made our experience even better. When we noticed a small issue with our first room, the front desk team handled it instantly by upgrading us to a new one with no hassle. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short, pleasant stroll to Jimei University Town. We spent our days wandering through the streets, exploring shops, and enjoying delicious local food without rushing. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

She quickly arranged for a room change and made sure everything was taken care of with a personal touch. The new room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped—exactly what we needed. Staying here felt safe and relaxing, so I decided to extend my stay right away. From the warm hospitality to the seamless problem-solving, this experience truly stood out. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect—right next to a vibrant shopping complex, making it super convenient for grabbing coffee, dining, or just exploring. The cityscape around Wuyuan Bay is beautifully maintained, with elegant residential areas and villas adding to the charm. The view from the room is breathtaking—direct sightlines of the bay and the bridge, whether during the day or at night. What truly stood out was the concert shuttle service; after the show, the driver even offered bottled water, and the vehicle had the artist’s songs playing in the background—a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. This level of care made my stay feel personal and special. If you're visiting Xiamen, this hotel should be at the top of your list—excellent service, stunning views, and an unforgettable experience.

From the moment you step into the lobby, the artful design and sophisticated ambiance set the tone. The rooms blend classic Peranakan charm with modern elegance, but the real highlight is the outdoor pool and lush garden—a tropical oasis that feels like your own private retreat, especially great for photos. I was also thrilled to find Aesop amenities in the bathroom—small details that speak volumes about attention to quality. But the standout? The personal concierge, @Sena. She truly anticipated every need before I even asked—from helping plan our itinerary before arrival to securing restaurant reservations and local tips during our stay. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. And then there’s the dining experience at “Xian Cheng” on the 6th floor, recently awarded a Michelin Star. The Cantonese-Fujian fusion cuisine is exquisite: the Buddha’s Delight (Fo Tiao Qiang) is rich and aromatic, the satay black tiger prawns burst with flavor, and the ginger duck is simply unforgettable. Every meal felt like a celebration. In short, this place nails every aspect—location, facilities, service, and food. This is an absolutely outstanding five-star hotel experience! The service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional from check-in to check-out. Breakfast and dinner were both impressive: abundant, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room view was breathtaking, with stunning city or garden scenery that made every moment feel special. What truly stood out was how well the little details were handled—everything from the welcome amenities to the quiet attention to comfort made the stay unforgettable. I especially want to highlight Assistant Manager Xiao Wu and Xiao Chen—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make guests feel valued. This hotel delivers on every level: location, comfort, dining, and hospitality. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be back.
