The room itself was immaculately clean, with plush bedding and pillows that made for one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time. Soundproofing was excellent—no noise disturbances at all during the night. The bathroom featured a smart dry-wet separation design, and the heating system kept the room cozy and warm throughout. I loved the smart system—using voice commands to control lights, curtains, and air conditioning made the stay feel futuristic and super convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, hot water was consistent, and the toiletries had a pleasant scent. Staff were exceptional—front desk upgraded my room without hesitation, housekeeping was thorough, and they even folded my clothes! Any questions via WeChat were answered promptly. Across the street is Pin Yuan Yuan Baozi Shop, where both meat and vegetable buns are fresh, fluffy, and bursting with flavor—ideal for a morning snack. Just steps away, multiple bus stops line the road, and the Line 8 metro station is only a 7-minute walk—making travel to major attractions and shopping districts super convenient. We chose this place because of its proximity to home and great value, and it did not disappoint. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows. Modern amenities like the smart toilet, powerful central air conditioning, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the building made the stay incredibly comfortable. Special shoutout to Manager Zhang and the friendly staff—every request was handled promptly and warmly. The housekeeping team were also kind and professional. We booked three rooms for our family trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond—our rooms were upgraded for free, which was a wonderful surprise. Staying at the Atour Hotel in North Bund was a fantastic choice for my trip to Shanghai. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Raffle Mall and easily accessible via subway, making it convenient for exploring the area. Unlike the crowded Bund, North Bund offers a more relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views, ideal for photography without the crowds. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and excellent service. Even though the price isn’t cheap, the overall experience absolutely justifies it. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.
