The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The option to request an extra bed made the space even more comfortable for family travel. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. Everything you’d want for dining, shopping, and exploring is within easy reach, especially being so close to the lively Huimin Street area. We dined at the 11th-floor restaurant and ordered the 98 RMB family meal—perfectly portioned for our group of three adults and two kids. It was filling, delicious, and great value. Our family room had a window, allowing plenty of natural light, and felt spacious and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they greeted us with smiles every time we passed by. This level of hospitality really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for families or travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a homey vibe.

Staying here with my family was a perfect choice—the suite layout is ideal for parents and kids. My child had their own room, so no noise disturbance at all, and both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The bathroom facilities are clean, well-maintained, and modern. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of variety, including fresh pastries, local dishes, and international options. We stayed in the room on the right side (as shown in the photo), which is easy to spot. I also checked out the gym—it’s spacious, well-equipped, and offers a great view. Overall, the hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Highly recommended for families visiting Xi'an.
