Staying at IMS Hotel in Xi'an was an absolute delight. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the built-in projector with access to streaming content, which made movie nights feel like a private cinema experience. The 24-hour convenience store is a game-changer—just scan the code in your room and snacks or essentials are delivered straight to your door. It’s so convenient, especially late at night. I upgraded to the Qingwu Wabi-Sabi room, and it was worth every penny. The ambiance is serene, minimalist, and beautifully designed. At just ¥66 extra, this upgrade was absolutely worth it. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The value for money is outstanding, especially since the room rate includes tickets for two adults and one child. That’s a huge plus when traveling with family. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, were incredibly responsive and helpful — any question I had was resolved quickly and professionally. The only minor downside is that food delivery can’t be sent directly to your room; you have to pick it up on the first floor. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off considering how great everything else is. I’d definitely come back again.

But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle.
