The front desk staff were efficient and genuinely helpful, even setting up a service group to recommend nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the complimentary warm herbal teas available in the lobby—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was stylish yet practical, cozy and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The smart room system made everything seamless—adjusting lights and curtains with one tap, while the shower delivered strong, consistent water flow. Bathroom amenities were high-quality and thoughtfully chosen. Breakfast offered a great mix of Western and local flavors, and the late-night snack option was a pleasant surprise. Their signature local rice noodles were authentic and delicious, and the coffee? Top-notch. I was also impressed by the excellent soundproofing—even though the room is on the ground floor, closing the door completely blocked out any lobby noise. Plus, having access to a laundry facility and a fully equipped fitness center made it perfect for both business travelers and leisure guests. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. When I mentioned a minor issue with my initial room, they responded immediately by upgrading me to a larger, sunlit room with excellent space and a smart wet/dry separation—truly a game-changer. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Green Lake Park, making it easy to explore on foot. I stayed here with friends for New Year’s Eve, and the atmosphere was perfect. I’d definitely come back again. I visited Kunming for a short trip, and my friend highly recommended this Wenhui Hotel—definitely glad I listened! The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and the staff went above and beyond with their service. From the moment we arrived, friendly staff helped carry our luggage up to the room and even welcomed us with a refreshing fruit platter—small touches that made a big difference. Special thanks to Xiao Rong, Xiao Dong, and Xiao Wei for their warm hospitality; they truly made us feel at home. I’ve already returned here multiple times, and last visit I saw the room renovations underway—modern, clean, and well-designed. Can’t wait to check back in once the upgrade is complete. This hotel consistently delivers comfort, convenience, and genuine care, making it my top choice in Kunming.

The bathroom was spacious, well-lit, and perfectly separated into dry and wet zones—no more awkward moments. Plus, the Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch. When I arrived, before even checking in, I was greeted with snacks and bird feed—such a fun and thoughtful welcome. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive.
