We booked three standard rooms and one river-view room, which meant quite a few details to coordinate, but our client manager was incredibly patient and helpful with every request. Special shoutout to Manager Zheng—your professionalism and warmth made all the difference! The ambiance throughout the hotel is excellent. Our river-view room faced the sports center and Hangzhou Gate directly, offering stunning views. Waking up early for breakfast, we even caught the sunrise from the dining area—pure magic. It’s true what they say: 'The early bird gets the worm'—and we definitely did! Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the service to the scenery. A truly memorable stay with outstanding value.
