This estate is absolutely massive—beyond the main building, it spreads across an entire hillside with a beautifully arranged cluster of villas (Xiangyuan) nestled among the trees. Just strolling in the sunshine felt like a mini escape from reality. The staff were proactive even before check-in, reaching out to ask about our preferences, and continued checking in throughout our stay—very attentive without being intrusive. From front desk to concierge, everyone responded quickly and warmly. We tried the yakitori dinner at Yiba and breakfast, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. Despite the surprisingly long corridors in the guest rooms—some of us joked we’d need a map to find our way back—the overall experience was outstanding. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a peaceful retreat that made our weekend truly memorable.

Staff were friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The only minor issue was inconsistent hot and cold water pressure, possibly due to the building’s height, but it didn’t significantly impact the stay. All in all, this is a top-tier hotel with excellent value, and I’d definitely return.

This was my first stay at a voco hotel, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the metro station and only a few minutes away from the Qiantang River, with beautiful views nearby. From the moment I arrived, Leo made me feel welcome with warm, attentive service during check-in and even brought a delicious green bean paste dessert and yogurt in the evening—such a thoughtful touch. Parking was a breeze thanks to the spacious underground garage with two levels. The room itself was stylish, bright, and generously sized, with top-notch amenities and high-quality ELEMIS bath products. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and great flavors. Everything about this stay felt polished and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back.

As a standard business-grade five-star hotel, the view from Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Riverside truly exceeded my expectations—more stunning than the iconic golden sphere across the river. The room design blends sleek modernity with minimalist elegance, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Cleanliness and amenities were top-notch throughout, and every detail felt well thought out. Special shoutout to Xiao Liu at the guest services desk—she was responsive and professional from the very first call, making our stay seamless. If I had to suggest one improvement, the breakfast spread could be more diverse, and the in-room toiletries could have a slightly higher quality. But honestly, these are minor points for an already exceptional experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I booked this hotel as soon as I saw it was an UrCove by HYATT in Hangzhou’s Binjiang district—couldn’t resist! The front desk staff, Tao and Huan, were incredibly warm and welcoming, and even the housekeeping team went the extra mile with their friendly attitude. When I noticed a slight odor in my first room, they immediately accommodated me with a quick room change—no hassle at all. The new room was spotless, modern, and had an amazing mattress that’s perfect for deep sleep. As someone who often struggles with insomnia, I actually slept through the night without waking up—something I haven’t done in ages! The breakfast was outstanding too—especially the little wontons, which were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Overall, this stay was exceptional in every way: great location, top-notch service, clean rooms, and a real comfort vibe. Highly recommend—it’s definitely a place I’ll return to.

The location is excellent—just a short 12-minute taxi ride to the city's riverside promenade, and it’s super convenient for getting around. There’s a McDonald’s right downstairs, so grabbing a quick bite is never an issue. The robot delivery service to the room was a real highlight—super modern and convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room quality was top-notch: clean, well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and great lighting. Breakfast was a standout—varied, delicious, and well-balanced between Western and Chinese options. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and more made for a perfect start to the day. One small suggestion: the towels could use a refresh—they look a bit worn from extended use. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, comfort, and attention to detail. Definitely worth staying again.

I always stay here whenever I'm in Hangzhou for business trips—it's become my go-to choice. The design has a unique artistic flair with thoughtful details that make the space feel both modern and inviting. Cleanliness is excellent: the room was spotless, the bathroom fresh, and everything felt well-maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and consistently high-quality—no disappointment there. Among the several hotels in the Binjiang area, Atour stands out as the most comfortable and welcoming. The only thing I’d love to see improved is price stability; while the current rate offers great value, it would be nice if it stayed consistent. Also, a big shoutout to Kangxi—the staff member who went above and beyond with warm, genuine service. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable.
