The pastries are delicious, and the chicken soup wontons as well as the pork-filled dumplings are seriously satisfying. I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Even at check-out, they handed me a lovely souvenir—a large record-shaped biscuit box that’s both cute and tasty. If there’s another concert in town, this will be my go-to hotel again.

Since we had a late checkout due to the event, we were pleasantly surprised to get complimentary parking—no extra hassle. Breakfast and lunch were both enjoyed at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and consistent quality, while lunch was equally satisfying. Everything was smooth, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner there—the menu is diverse and delicious, so much so that I could easily eat five meals a day without getting tired of it!
