I absolutely love the food here—every dish is delicious, and I can't get enough of the hibiscus margarita! The staff are incredibly friendly and always going the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I come back every chance I get, and I’d highly recommend trying the menu items—they’re all fantastic. What really stands out is the dedicated kids’ area; it’s a huge plus if you're traveling with family. My kids had a blast, and I could relax knowing they were safe and entertained. The location is perfect—close to the beach and just a short ride into Tulum town. This place offers an unbeatable mix of great food, warm hospitality, and family-friendly amenities. Definitely a top pick for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
This compact yet perfectly curated hotel delivers big on charm and convenience. I booked through a platform—its pricing was unbeatable compared to the Marriott website, making it a no-brainer. The all-inclusive rate covered everything: meals, drinks, and even late-night snacks, so I could enjoy every moment without worrying about extra costs. Located just steps from downtown Tulum, I was able to walk to major supermarkets in minutes—perfect for grabbing essentials or souvenirs. The vibe is fresh, modern, and full of personality, with staff who go above and beyond. It’s rare to find such a well-rounded experience at this price point. Definitely a standout choice if you’re looking for comfort, value, and easy access to local life.
Thank you, Alfredo, for your exceptional service! The property is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed with a serene atmosphere that truly captures the essence of Tulum. The food is incredible, with delicious dishes that cater to vegans, making it a great choice for travelers with diverse dietary preferences. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this place is highly recommended. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a memorable experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning.
Staying at Astral Tulum was an incredible experience. The rooms are even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, stylish, and full of character. It’s a perfect getaway for couples looking for romance and tranquility. Located in Tulum, it’s close to beaches, local shops, and great restaurants, with easy access by public transit or taxi. The only downside is that front desk staff leave early, so there’s no support available during late hours. But overall, the hotel is stunning—offering a unique blend of modern design and serene vibes. The atmosphere is peaceful, the location is unbeatable, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely return.
This place is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for those who love easy access to the sea. The villa complex is located in Tulum’s most vibrant area, and everything about it screams quality: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. While the price is on the higher side, it’s completely worth every penny. One thing I’d suggest improving is the nighttime security service—more patrols or surveillance would add extra peace of mind. Overall, this is a top-tier stay and highly recommended. If you're looking for comfort, location, and a touch of luxury in Tulum, this is the spot.
We stumbled upon this hidden gem during our bike tour exploring the cenotes around Tulum, thanks to our amazing local guide Ursula. Nestled deep in the jungle, Meli-Melo P&B offers an unforgettable breakfast experience surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful silence. The French owner and his team couldn’t have been more welcoming—warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It’s a perfect escape from the crowds of Tulum, offering a serene, authentic vibe that feels like stepping into another world. If you’re looking for a quiet, natural retreat with great hospitality and a touch of charm, this is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back.
Staying at Casa Ya'ab was an absolute delight! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tulum. It's quiet yet easy to access, located just a short walk from the main attractions and local gems. The host was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay in a vibrant yet relaxed setting. Would definitely book again!
Tunich Jungle Cabañas is an absolute gem nestled right at the entrance of Tulum's hotel zone, just a 50-meter walk from the beach—perfect for those who want easy access to the sand without sacrificing tranquility. The rustic-style cabanas are cozy and thoughtfully designed, offering a true escape into nature with a peaceful vibe that instantly helps you unwind. The staff goes above and beyond with warm, attentive service—always smiling, always ready to help. And the restaurant? Outstanding! Fresh, delicious food at very reasonable prices. I loved how peaceful and serene it felt, with the sound of waves waking me up each morning. The rooms are beautifully designed with a minimalist yet tropical touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a peaceful retreat with such great value. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a family escape, this hotel delivers on every level. Definitely coming back!
I’ve been back from Tulum for almost a week now, and yet every time I pause between meetings, my mind drifts back to the unforgettable moments at Casa Malca. This was a spontaneous trip—no long planning, no detailed research. I’d browsed through luxury hotels, those with top-tier service, and highly rated properties, but none really spoke to me. Then I stumbled upon Casa Malca on Xiaohongshu—a few posts, but the photos immediately stood out. It wasn’t flashy or mainstream. Instead, it felt like a quiet museum by the sea: minimalist, artistic, deeply atmospheric. There was something about it that screamed ‘escape’—and I knew instantly, this was the one. I booked three nights on the spot. Driving two hours from Cancún, I arrived tired and still carrying the weight of city life. I walked into the property with my guard up, still in serious mode. But as I made my way toward the lobby, the vibe shifted—calm, mysterious, immersive. And then came Yair, the front desk staff, whose warm, genuine smile (and striking looks!) instantly melted my stress. He greeted me like an old friend. This trip was actually for my birthday—a solo celebration—and the hotel had arranged a room upgrade and thoughtful touches I hadn’t even expected. It felt less like a booking and more like being welcomed into a private sanctuary. The breakfast was unreal: a perfectly cooked egg white omelette bursting with fresh, vibrant vegetables, beautifully presented. Even though I don’t usually eat pastries, the staff brought over a slice of carrot cake—so moist and rich, I ended up loving it. The pool area is stunningly designed, intimate, and full of character. Casa Malca feels tailor-made for weddings or small gatherings—there’s a real sense of privacy and ownership. But what truly made the experience special was Yair. His kindness wasn’t performative—it was real, thoughtful, and full of heart. In an age where hotels are competing on design and amenities, it’s the human touch that lingers. That authentic warmth? That’s the secret ingredient. Casa Malca isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a moment of peace, beauty, and joy. I’ll carry this memory with me long after the sun has set on Tulum.
The Beach Tulum Hotel truly delivered on its promise—everything was impeccable. The room was fantastic, with an incredibly comfortable bed and breathtaking views that made every moment feel like a postcard. Unfortunately, we visited during the sargassum season, which caused the water to turn brownish-red and sometimes carried a faint odor from decomposing seaweed along the shore. That said, I can only imagine how stunning the view must be when the beach is clear. The hotel features two excellent restaurants, and the meals were delicious and well-prepared. Despite the seasonal drawback, the overall experience was outstanding. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway if you’re looking for beauty, comfort, and great food.
The resort overall was an excellent experience—beautiful setting, great location, and friendly staff. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Several restaurants only opened on a rotating basis, with just two available daily, so we couldn’t try all the dining options. That said, it’s disappointing for a property of this caliber. More concerning was the cleanliness issue near our room—guests from the adjacent unit kept ordering meals, and leftover food was left in the hallway for days. A fork remained on the stairs for four full days with no one picking it up. The poolside snack bar served burgers and light bites for one day but was completely closed for two others while we were at the pool. Instead of service, we found scattered food remnants where birds were feeding, and no staff appeared to clean up. Only late in the afternoon did someone show up to collect the trash—but they didn’t even wipe down the counters or clean the grills. These lapses are hard to overlook for a resort that markets itself as top-tier. Despite these shortcomings, the rest of the stay was fantastic. With tighter operational oversight, this place could easily be flawless.
