Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino

The Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino is impressively large and offers a fantastic stay experience. I arrived around 2:30 PM and was able to check in early—no waiting, which was a big plus. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, though it’s only available during three morning slots, which is a bit limiting. What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from Lotte Duty-Free, and the nearby Bokjiro shopping district is bustling with activity. There are plenty of 24-hour restaurants, so you never have to worry about being hungry late at night. Overall, great value, excellent convenience, and a memorable stay—highly recommend!

Jeju Centralpark Residence

Staying at Jeju Centralpark Residence was a great experience overall! The location is super convenient—just a short 15-minute subway ride to the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment comes with a small kitchenette, which is perfect if you want to save on meals. I especially liked having a mini-fridge for snacks and drinks. That said, the set of utensils is limited (only two sets), and there aren’t many pots or pans, so cooking for more than one person gets tricky. The bathroom shower area is quite compact—dim lighting and just enough space for one person. Two people would definitely be crammed in there. But aside from that, everything else was top-notch: clean rooms, thoughtful layout, comfy bed, and fresh air throughout. It’s a fantastic value for the price, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Jeju.

Woori Hotel Jeju

Staying at this hotel for four nights was an absolute delight. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Lotte Duty Free and nearby shopping streets like Hwajeon Road, where you can find everything from grilled meats to traditional ginseng chicken soup. There are two convenience stores right downstairs, and just across the street, there's a variety of local eateries, including a charming little shop run by an elderly lady near the Lotte direction. Public transportation is super easy: it’s only a 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop, with buses arriving every 5–10 minutes, and the ride to the airport takes about 20 minutes—perfect for early departures. One of the best things? The neighborhood is quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. I slept through the night each time without any disturbance, which is rare in busy areas. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, especially the bedding—clean, fresh, and comfortable. The front desk staff speaks fluent Chinese, and the team was friendly and helpful; we could easily communicate via WeChat whenever needed. Inside the room, they provide all the essentials: a standard Chinese power strip (a lifesaver for travelers), shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer, slippers, towels, hangers, even facial toner and moisturizer—great for those who forget to pack. There’s also a fridge and air conditioning, and housekeeping comes daily to clean trash and bathroom areas while respecting privacy—they never touched personal items left on the table or bed. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This place truly offers comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

Diamond Hotel

This hotel is absolutely spotless—cleaner than my own home! The floors were so shiny they reflected light, and as soon as I opened the bathroom door, there wasn’t a single unpleasant smell—just a refreshing, subtle scent of air freshener. On the first day, the front desk was manned by an elderly gentleman who patiently used a translation app to help us find our way around. We left the hotel feeling a bit lost, but he actually came out after us and pointed us in the right direction—such a thoughtful gesture. The next day, a younger staff member noticed I had bought instant noodles and some vegetarian snacks but didn’t know how to heat them up. Without hesitation, he went to the nearby convenience store, heated them for me, and brought them back to my room. That kind of service goes beyond expectations. The location is unbeatable too—just a 3-5 minute walk to two major duty-free shops, and the area is full of great little shops and cafes to explore. Whether you're here for shopping or just want a clean, friendly stay with amazing hospitality, this place is a must-book. Highly recommend!

Jeju Donghae Hotel

Staying at Jeju Donghae Hotel was such a pleasant surprise—this cozy little guesthouse is run by a sweet elderly couple who truly make you feel at home. I arrived late at night after my flight, took the 3001 bus from the airport, and walked just about 300 meters to reach the hotel—it’s super easy to find. The room, around 15 square meters, is clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for its size. Double-glazed windows do an excellent job blocking outside noise and keeping the room warm—perfect for a good night’s sleep. I woke up early the next morning at 5 AM, dropped off my luggage at reception, and the kind owners were so welcoming and helpful without being pushy. Right across the street is a fantastic grill restaurant—definitely worth trying! And nearby, there are both GS25 and CU convenience stores, so everything you need is within walking distance. A taxi ride to Seongbuk Mountain costs only around 60–70 RMB, making it super affordable to explore the area. If you're looking for a quiet, authentic, and budget-friendly stay in Jeju City with genuine hospitality, this place is a must-visit.

Jeju Yeongsung Motel

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the ferry terminal, making our transfer smooth and stress-free. The motel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful stay in the heart of Jeju City. Right next to the local market, we had easy access to fresh food and daily essentials. I was happy to find bottled water waiting in the fridge—small touches that make a big difference. The owner was incredibly thoughtful: they gave our bikes a prime spot right by the front desk, near the mirror, which kept them secure and convenient for use. It’s clear they care about guests’ comfort and needs. Highly recommend this hidden gem for travelers looking for value, convenience, and a friendly vibe.

Staying at Toda Guesthouse was an absolute delight! The room was spotlessly clean, with a super soft and thick mattress that made for a truly restful night's sleep. The curtains provided excellent privacy, and the bathroom and toilet were immaculately maintained—everything felt fresh and hygienic. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. The room was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day. What really stood out was the cozy vibe in the kitchen—on a few evenings, I ended up chatting with local Korean guests, which added such a genuine cultural touch to the experience. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right next to Dongmun Market, just steps from a bus stop, and a short walk to Seven Star Street. You can easily grab delicious street food, shop for souvenirs, or just wander around. Plus, the hallway offers a lovely view of the bustling street outside—great for people-watching. Everything is within walking distance, and the whole atmosphere feels authentic and homey. I’ll definitely be back. This place is pure value and charm.

Grand Hyatt Jeju

The city-view twin room is impressively spacious—over 65 square meters—with a stunning view that makes the room feel even more luxurious. The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities: an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, plus an indoor pool and soaking pools on the 6th floor. While the sauna is an extra fee, it's well worth it for the quality. There’s a shopping mall, convenience store, and multiple dining options right on-site—no need to go far for anything. Staff are friendly and responsive, making the stay seamless. Located in the heart of Jeju City, it’s just a 6-minute taxi ride to the airport, and nearby Bukchon Road is perfect for shopping and eating. Everything you’d want is within easy reach. This place truly delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely my top choice for any future visit to Jeju Island.

Astar Hotel

Staying at Astar Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spotlessly clean and quiet, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. While there aren’t many shops nearby, it’s just a 20-minute ride to the Shilla Duty-Free area if you’re looking to shop or explore. The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy Korean-style fast food spot—something like Yong... whatever it's called—and their food was surprisingly tasty. I also loved the nearby Ruby Ice Cream shop; their ice cream was creamy and refreshing. Breakfast was a highlight too—the fish dish stood out with its fresh flavor and excellent quality. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt peaceful and well-maintained. And yes, Jeju Island truly lives up to the hype—it’s vibrant, beautiful, and full of charm. Jeju Ollero

We're back in Jeju Island again, and once more we chose this charming hotel — and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owners are genuinely kind and helpful. Their banana milk is a standout — creamy, delicious, and perfect for a chilly morning. Even with cold weather and snowfall during our stay, the floor heating kept the room cozy and perfectly adjustable to our comfort. We had planned to hike Hallasan, but it was closed due to weather — no big deal, though, since the hotel’s location is super convenient: just a short subway ride to downtown, great for exploring local shops and restaurants. Overall, an excellent experience with fantastic value and that homey feel. Definitely coming back here on our next trip!
