Our stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The moment we arrived, staff greeted us warmly and even helped carry our luggage—so welcoming! The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The option to request an extra bed made the space even more comfortable for family travel. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. We’ve stayed here before and this visit only confirmed why we keep coming back. This was my second stay at this Sheraton, and I’m already planning my next visit. The pool area is absolutely perfect—serene, well-maintained, and just right for a relaxing swim. The service continues to impress; staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s clear this hotel has built a strong reputation over the years, and it shows in every detail. I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding. Staying at Titan Times Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s prime location just steps away from the Yu Xiang Gate Metro Station, making it super easy to explore major attractions in Xi’an without hassle. Public transport access is excellent, and everything you need—from local eateries to convenience stores—is within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. When I accidentally forgot my towel, they promptly brought a replacement without any delay. Their willingness to address concerns quickly made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, great comfort, and top-notch hospitality.
