At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. Asia International Hotel

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Asia International Hotel. I arrived in a bit of a panic because I was short 40 RMB for a long and tiring taxi ride, but the concierge, Ricky, stepped out to cover the difference from his own pocket—something that truly doesn’t happen anywhere else. After getting some Chinese yuan exchanged, I was able to repay him right away. The entire staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism. Even though I only stayed one night, the breakfast experience on the 45th floor was unforgettable—vast, delicious, and served with a stunning 360-degree view of Guangzhou. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the city, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and top-tier service.
