It felt a bit awkward, like being brushed off, even though I was only there to preview the space. That said, since I already purchased a 5-visit pass that isn’t refundable, I had to accept it. Still, kudos to the customer service team—they were consistently thoughtful, responsive, and professional throughout my stay. With their support, it’s easy to overlook the small bump in the process. Overall, the hotel delivers great value, and I’d definitely consider returning.

Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—the team member named Youzi stood out with her warm smile and helpful attitude. What really impressed me was how affordable the price was for such a high-quality stay. It’s rare to find such a comfortable, clean, and well-run hotel at this rate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I’ll be booking here again on my next trip.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.
