Breakfast started early at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for those of us planning to hit the city early. It was abundant and offered a good mix of local and international options. The evening waterfall show was breathtaking—colorful lights dancing with water, creating a magical atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary osmanthus cake delivered to my room—a sweet little touch that added charm to the stay. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Mei, was incredibly helpful and professional. The smart toilet is a game-changer, especially for those with digestive concerns—it’s incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The weather during our visit was ideal—neither too hot nor too cold—perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Taxis were readily available just outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get around. It took about 45 minutes to reach the airport, which worked out perfectly for our schedule. The staff went above and beyond, especially helping us store luggage—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding value.
