The hotel is immaculate and beautifully designed, with an unbeatable location just steps away from LFC. On one occasion, I was running late for a scheduled photoshoot, and the doorman not only proactively called the studio to request a time extension but also immediately helped me secure a taxi—all while showing more urgency than I did! That level of dedication and care is rare and deeply appreciated. This place isn’t just a stay; it’s a memorable experience from start to finish.

What really stood out was the convenience of the airport shuttle stopping directly at the hotel entrance—no need to worry about transfers or extra walking, especially with luggage and kids in tow. WD Hotel is incredibly clean—daily housekeeping makes a big difference. I didn’t get any photos of the room, but the space is generous with two desks, good natural light from the windows, and a layout that feels open and comfortable. It’s a bit farther from popular spots like Myeongdong and Hongdae—about 30 minutes by subway—but that’s totally manageable since the hotel sits right next to the subway station and a CU convenience store. You’re never far from what you need. Across the street is an old-school fish cake and rice cake shop—super tasty and worth a visit if you're craving something authentic. The location is quiet, which is perfect if you prefer a more peaceful stay away from crowds. Plus, the value-for-money factor is strong. If you want roominess and a calm vibe, this place is a great choice. The nearest station is Sinlim on Line 2—both exits 5 and 6 are accessible, and exit 5 has a moving walkway, making it easier with luggage. One small note: toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but they’re super affordable—around 1,000 KRW (roughly HK$5) gets you a full set of two brushes and toothpaste. Not a big deal at all. Overall, a solid, well-thought-out stay with excellent cleanliness and convenience—definitely would return.
Staying at The Connoisseur Residence Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul was a great experience overall. While it’s a bit farther from the main tourist attractions, the proximity to subway stations makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, with friendly staff making the process hassle-free. The room itself is well-equipped—especially the laundry machine and dryer, which made my stay much more comfortable, particularly during longer visits. The space felt spacious and clean, with modern amenities that added to the comfort. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely book again. If the price were a little more competitive, this would be my go-to hotel every time I visit Seoul.
