Borrman Hotel (Tianjin Railway Station)

We stayed at Borrman Hotel (Tianjin Railway Station) for two nights during a family trip to Tianjin, and overall it was an excellent experience. The hotel is incredibly close to the train station—just a short walk away—making transfers and early departures super convenient. We loved how many dining options were within walking distance, and being just steps from Jinwan Square and the Century Clock made sightseeing effortless. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean with all essential toiletries provided. Daily bottled water was a nice touch. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. One small downside: the weather turned chilly during our stay, and the bedding felt a bit thin. There was no heating in the room, so we found it slightly cold at night—especially for older family members who might be more sensitive to temperature changes. A suggestion would be to adjust the heating based on real-time weather rather than a fixed schedule. That way, guests can truly feel warm and comfortable throughout their stay. Still, this is a minor point in what’s otherwise a fantastic stay.
