The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the Wulin Square Metro Station—perfect for getting around Hangzhou. The staff were exceptional, especially An An at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile, offered to carry my luggage, and took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities in detail. She even shared personal recommendations for nearby hidden gem eateries, which made our stay feel so much more authentic and enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive, keeping everything spotless. From check-in to checkout, the service was top-notch, making this a truly memorable stay. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

While some facilities show their age, the cleanliness and overall condition are excellent, and nothing detracted from the comfort of our stay.
