The hotel exceeded my expectations—spotlessly clean, cozy, and warmly welcoming from the moment I walked in. The room was immaculate, with a serene atmosphere that made me feel instantly at home. Located just minutes from subway access, it’s super convenient for exploring Seoul’s highlights. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall excellent experience. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The room was compact but perfectly functional with all the essentials I needed. What stood out most was the peaceful location—super quiet, which made it ideal for a restful stay away from city noise. While there aren’t many restaurants or nightlife options nearby, that’s actually part of the charm if you’re looking to unwind. The area feels like a hidden gem, offering calm and comfort without the hustle. Plus, getting around via subway is easy, so I could explore Seoul without hassle. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers who value tranquility and practicality over buzz and convenience.
The room was absolutely fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern style and comfort. The bed was just right: not too soft, not too firm, making for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was a real highlight, featuring high-quality fixtures, strong water pressure, and excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just a short subway ride away from major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and local street food options. Everything you'd want within easy reach. With such a great experience and unbeatable value, I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
I really appreciated the quiet and peaceful location of this hotel—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The spacious parking area was a huge plus, especially since I arrived by car. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. It's clear they take pride in their service. Overall, it's a fantastic choice if you're looking for a serene stay in Seoul with excellent value.
Staying at this traditional hanok was an absolute delight. The cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared with local flavors that gave us a perfect start to the day. The location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions and easily accessible by subway. It’s clear that attention to detail goes into every aspect of the experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to immerse themselves in authentic Korean culture while enjoying comfort and charm. Will definitely be back.
I booked this place thinking it was a hotel, but upon arrival I realized it was more like a motel with private room rentals—way below what I expected. I reached out to the platform's customer service to cancel my reservation and was told it had been successfully canceled, so I moved to another accommodation. Later, when checking my email, I discovered the booking was never actually canceled. I lost my money and felt completely misled. Extremely disappointing and not worth it at all.
Absolutely loved my stay at 3SHOTEL! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the incredible value—this hotel offers so much more than its price suggests. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul. Definitely coming back here on my next trip!
This hotel offers incredible value for money. At this price point, the facilities are more than satisfactory. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palace, and right next to Insadong, where you can easily explore shops, cafes, and local charm on foot. Everything within walking distance makes getting around hassle-free and enjoyable. I was impressed by how convenient and well-connected the hotel is, all while keeping things affordable. A perfect base for discovering Seoul’s historic heart.
Staying at Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul was a delightful surprise, especially for travelers who appreciate a touch of Western elegance in a vibrant city setting. While the hotel’s hillside location is definitely unique—coming straight from the airport shuttle made me and my mom gasp at the steep, long climb up the slope with our luggage (we stopped several times, it felt like a real workout!)—the effort is worth it once you’re inside. The peaceful, quiet atmosphere away from the downtown bustle is refreshing. Staff are all fluent in English, incredibly helpful, and genuinely warm—especially the front desk attendant who quickly arranged a taxi for us on departure. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, the service attentive, and overall the experience feels premium without being overly expensive. If you're willing to walk a bit uphill (or take a quick ride), this hotel offers a standout blend of comfort, convenience, and charm in Seoul.
The Somerset Palace Seoul completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the subway, making it easy to explore Seoul’s top attractions. The rooftop pool is a real highlight—perfect for relaxing with panoramic views of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and home-like atmosphere. It’s rare to find such a high-quality stay with such a great value. I’d highly recommend this property to any traveler visiting Seoul.
This was my sixth trip to Korea, and without a doubt, this is the most impressive hotel I've stayed at here. While it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, the bus stop is right outside the door—making access to the city incredibly convenient. The room was immaculate, with modern design and thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The staff were warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the quiet ambiance to the excellent amenities, every detail felt intentional. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.
This was our first trip to Seoul, and we stayed at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong with my son from July 30th to August 5th. We arrived late—after 2:30 a.m.—but check-in was quick and smooth thanks to the 24-hour front desk. Our room was on the 10th floor, compact but well-designed with two beds, a tea station, and all the essentials: soap, shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels. The room was spotless, quiet, and cozy—the bedding felt brand new and super comfortable. The hotel itself is immaculate, peaceful, and very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. What really stood out was the location—walking distance to major landmarks like Gyeongbokgung Palace, plus tons of restaurants, food courts, and shops nearby. Even though we spent most of our days out exploring, coming back to this hotel felt like a relaxing retreat. It’s perfectly priced for the quality, and I’d definitely recommend it. If you're visiting Seoul, don’t hesitate—this is a great choice.
