Absolutely a 10/10 experience! This is hands down the best hotel for families visiting Harbin—Puyan Hotel truly lives up to its reputation. We stayed here for four nights, and every moment felt seamless and enjoyable. The location is unbeatable: just across the street from the Songhua River, so we could easily take our kids for a stroll along the waterfront at sunset or sunrise. When they got tired, we were back in the room within minutes—no need to rush or deal with long commutes. Plus, it's incredibly close to Central Street; walking there takes less than five minutes, perfect for exploring local night markets and trying authentic Harbin snacks. There’s an amazing variety of dining options nearby, making mealtime stress-free even with little ones. The rooms are spacious and bright, giving kids plenty of room to run around safely. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with luggage or recommendations. Breakfast was excellent too, featuring traditional Chinese pastries and fresh fruit. Harbin Longjiang Holiday Hotel (Central Avenue)
I'm from out of town, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the convenient parking. The stay was incredibly comfortable—clean rooms with excellent ventilation, spacious layouts both upstairs and downstairs. Location-wise, it's super easy to get around, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I come to Northeast China every summer to escape the heat, and the cool weather here is perfect. This is already my fourth consecutive year staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. The owner is so warm and welcoming—feels like family from the moment you walk in.
