A quick note: the front desk is located on the 12th floor, so it’s essential to contact them in advance to confirm your entry point. They’ll send a clear access map with directions—super helpful and easy to follow. I’ve included the map in my last photo for reference. Don’t skip this step—going without confirmation could lead to confusion and wasted time. Overall, the service, location, and comfort made this stay outstanding. The location is fantastic—walking distance to great restaurants, local markets, and shopping areas, plus it's just a short metro ride from the city center. The room was immaculate, fresh-smelling, and incredibly comfortable—the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. Soundproofing is excellent, so I had a peaceful, uninterrupted night’s sleep. The front desk staff, Xia Yuhong and Yuan Xiaoxian, were warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They greeted me with a hot drink upon check-in and even took time to recommend local attractions and walking routes tailored to my interests. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, all freshly prepared and delicious. Small touches like ample charging outlets by the bed and a well-designed wet/dry bathroom made everything feel thoughtfully done. Every detail screams quality and value.
