A quick note: the front desk is located on the 12th floor, so it’s essential to contact them in advance to confirm your entry point. They’ll send a clear access map with directions—super helpful and easy to follow. I’ve included the map in my last photo for reference. Don’t skip this step—going without confirmation could lead to confusion and wasted time. Overall, the service, location, and comfort made this stay outstanding. Definitely my top choice for future visits to Kunming.

I particularly love the master bedroom with its separate wet and dry areas—so practical and clean! It would be amazing if all rooms could have this feature. Currently, some floors are undergoing renovation, which means a little noise, but the staff are still friendly and helpful.
