Just when I was wondering if it would ever stop, a staff member from the front desk appeared beside my car, holding an umbrella, asking if I’d like to come inside. I was stunned—how did she know I was here? She explained she noticed my headlights were on and assumed someone was inside. As she guided me through the rain, she kept tilting the umbrella toward me, shielding me completely. By the time we reached the lobby, her back was soaked. That moment of quiet dedication brought tears to my eyes. Moments after checking in, a staff member knocked on my door with a thoughtful meal—no joke, I hadn’t even mentioned being hungry! But somehow, they heard me say, “I haven’t eaten yet,” and remembered. Small gestures, big impact. My stay at Mehood Hotel (Xi'an Gaoxin Zhongda International Keji Road Subway Station) was absolutely excellent. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a windowed room, along with a welcome fruit platter and some tasty snacks—such thoughtful touches really set the tone for the trip. The lobby area offers free hot towels, tea, coffee, and light pastries, making it a cozy spot to unwind. I especially appreciated the late-night noodle service—delicious and satisfying after a long day. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. I loved the variety of two different flavored coffee pods, and the bathrobe came as a full two-piece set, neatly stored in a protective cover inside the closet—really shows attention to cleanliness and detail. Breakfast was outstanding: abundant, fresh, and delicious. I did laundry during my stay, left a note with a smiley face, and the next morning, my clothes were already perfectly dried and returned—such a nice personal touch! Also, there’s bottled water available at the elevator entrance, which you can take with you—simple but incredibly convenient. Every little thing here feels intentional and guest-focused. Bailang Hotel (Xi'an High-tech Store)

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that adds to the refined vibe. The design blends modern aesthetics with artistic touches—very elegant without feeling cold. My room had a fantastic view, offering a peaceful outlook of greenery during the day and soft city lights at night—perfect for unwinding. The room itself felt luxurious and thoughtfully equipped: the mattress and pillows provided excellent support, and I slept deeply all night without any disruptions. Every public area was immaculately clean, with tasteful indoor plants like orchids adding a natural touch. The staff, especially Xiao Shi, went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. This stay completely changed my perception of business and leisure hotels.
