Hotel & Residence Venezia 2000

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable—right next to the beach with a stunning sunrise view from my room. Every morning felt like a postcard come to life. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Public bus stop right outside, and just a short walk to the vaporetto station—connecting directly to central Venice, the airport, and other islands. Even if you miss a ride, a 15-minute stroll gets you there easily. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s perfect for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and beauty all in one. Will definitely be back.

Hotel Corte Contarina

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located in the heart of Venice, Hotel Corte Contarina perfectly captures the authentic Venetian charm. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it a relaxing retreat after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always with a smile and ready to assist. My only minor concern was that our room was adjacent to the breakfast area. Early morning setup noises could be heard, and the narrow doorway made it a bit tricky to exit without disturbing guests already seated. However, the breakfast spread was excellent—varied, delicious, and well-prepared. Despite that small issue, this is still an outstanding choice for travelers visiting Venice. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hotel la Pergola di Venezia

I stayed at Hotel la Pergola di Venezia for three nights and instantly felt at home—more like a cozy student dorm than a hotel, which I actually loved. It was super easy to reach from Lido SME station via the metro, and the location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a restful stay. My room was bright, had ample natural light, a good desk for working, and reliable Wi-Fi despite being on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the hot water worked well with solid shower pressure—though the showerhead had a few clogged holes, which was a minor annoyance. All the essentials were there: complimentary morning coffee, clean bathrooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. While the room could use a deeper cleaning, especially around corners and under furniture, the value for money was outstanding—way better than I expected based on some of the earlier reviews. I’m already planning to come back here on my next trip to Venice. A hidden gem that deserves more recognition.

Villa Albertina

My sister and I stayed at Villa Albertina for one night during the film festival, and it was an absolute delight. The hotel has such a unique charm and character—exactly the kind of place we love. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere right away. A special thanks to the French lady at reception—she went above and beyond with her warm hospitality and gave us thoughtful recommendations on where to eat and explore. Her friendly personality truly made our short stay memorable. Located just a few minutes’ walk from a lovely beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops, the location couldn’t be better. We’d happily return in a heartbeat. A perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience.

Hotel Excelsior Venice

Staying at Hotel Excelsior Venice for three nights was an absolute delight. The hotel is incredibly quiet in the evenings, and the bed was so comfortable that even after a long flight from Vienna with back pain, I woke up feeling completely refreshed. When we checked in, we requested a twin-bed room instead of the double bed we were initially assigned—although it caused a slight delay with dinner, the manager personally escorted us to the restaurant and even treated us to free drinks and a salad while we waited. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. The room was cleaned promptly every day, and they even turned down the beds at night—such thoughtful touches. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and dinner was excellent, especially with a glass of wine by the sea. The pool maintains a perfect temperature, and the sea water is warm enough to swim in—great for families with kids who also loved the on-site playground. Best of all, the hotel offers free shuttle boats to the main island every 30 minutes, running until 11 PM—perfect for exploring without worrying about transport. This place is highly convenient, well-maintained, and full of charm. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I visit Venice.

NH Collection Murano Villa

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel on Murano Island. Being a bit removed from the bustling heart of Venice actually worked in its favor—peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing. The moment I stepped out of my room, I was greeted by stunning views of the lagoon and the gentle sound of water. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Getting here requires a short boat ride, but it’s part of the charm—feels like stepping into a different world. If I ever return to Venice, I’d definitely choose this hotel again. Oasis Lagoon Estate

Staying at Oasis Lagoon Estate was the perfect escape from the crowds and noise of central Venice. San Marco is just a 30-minute walk or short vaporetto ride away—super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality appliances, and even a laundry machine. Everything you need—grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, the beach, and the vaporetto station—is within a 5-minute stroll. The view? Absolutely breathtaking—wide-open vistas of the lagoon that make every morning feel like a postcard. The island of Lido is charming and worth exploring on foot or by bike. Hyatt Centric Murano Venice

Staying at Hyatt Centric Murano Venice was an absolute highlight of my trip to Venice. Located on the serene island of Murano, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, yet it’s just a short walk from the waterfront and perfect for quiet strolls along the canals. The views are breathtaking—especially from the rooms facing the lagoon—and every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The staff went above and beyond with warm, efficient service; I especially appreciated how quickly the manager handled a small request, which made a big difference. The on-site restaurant served delicious, authentic Italian meals, and the breakfast spread was fresh and varied. It's not just about the location or the scenery—it's the attention to detail, comfort, and genuine hospitality that made this one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays I’ve had in Italy.
