Located right on Hexi Street, dining options are everywhere—just walk out and pick any restaurant; no need to go far. Getting to nearby attractions is super convenient, whether by metro or taxi. It’s clear the brand is continuously improving and paying attention to details. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—especially one lady who stood out with her bright smile and helpful attitude. I stayed in Xinjiang for over ten days and had a lot of clothes to wash. Since the weather here is so dry, clothes dry quickly—so the hotel only has washing machines without dryers. I just hung my clothes inside the room to air-dry. While that’s a bit of a limitation, the staff made up for it completely. The front desk team—both the young ladies and gentlemen—were incredibly kind and helpful, as was the lady working in the lobby. Their warm attitude made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Even with the lack of a dryer, the friendly service and overall comfort made this stay memorable. Definitely recommend for travelers who value hospitality.
