Adding a simple label would make a big difference in emergencies. Second, I forgot my phone charger, so I asked the front desk for one. They were incredibly helpful—first brought a standard charger (a bit slow), but when I asked for a fast charger, they had one ready almost immediately. She accompanied me to the police station where, after investigation, it was confirmed the issue was caused by the driver’s own key getting stuck in the track. The hotel didn’t just help with the incident—they offered a fresh fruit platter and even arranged a late checkout, showing genuine care.
