At check-in, the front desk attendant not only upgraded our room but also arranged a late checkout without hesitation. The minibar offering was fantastic—free unlimited access to delicious apricot tea, plus complimentary coffee and red tea refills in the lobby. The included nut pack was top-notch, especially the purple cashews—perfectly seasoned and fresh. What really stood out was the free foot bath available in the evening, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond by providing different pillow options for adults and kids, ensuring everyone slept well. The heating system kept the room cozy and warm, and despite the dry air, a full-sized humidifier and air purifier were provided—plus a subtle lavender scent diffuser that added a calming touch. Stayed on the 8th floor this time, which was different from my previous visits—seems like it's been recently renovated, with a faint odor lingering in the air. Overall, the room is quite good. The TV supports screen mirroring, and all the hardware feels modern and well-maintained. The only minor issues were a slight musty smell in the bathroom, a small leak around the wet/dry separation area, and slow drainage in the shower. These are small things that could be improved with a quick check-up. Despite these little drawbacks, the hotel continues to make noticeable progress. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money—definitely a solid choice for travelers visiting Urumqi.
