When I ran into a personal issue during my stay, they didn’t hesitate to step in and help me resolve it quickly and efficiently, even right before my departure. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in what was already a wonderful trip across Dalian and Shenyang. The entire experience was smooth, memorable, and deeply satisfying. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located, and genuinely caring place to stay, this hotel is a must-book. I’ll definitely be back.
