The area is quiet, though there's a small school right next to the hotel—some music can be heard during weekdays, but it’s not too disruptive. What really stands out is how close it is to Zhuzilin Metro Station; everything from dining options to getting to Shenzhen Bay is super convenient via public transit. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV that doesn’t support screen mirroring, but you can still connect your phone for audio playback—perfect for background music. One minor issue: the shower door didn’t close properly, which might need a quick fix. Despite that, the location, value, and ease of access make this a solid choice for business travelers or tourists visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Location-wise, it’s extremely convenient: just a short walk to Civic Center and the Museum, making sightseeing easy and stress-free. Across the street is the Civic Park, where I enjoyed morning strolls and even spotted elegant white egrets flying by—such a peaceful touch. The housekeeping team was attentive, friendly, and always proactive in offering help. After finishing a marathon, I was greeted with a refreshing supply of Powerade, a Snickers bar, and an iced coffee—such a thoughtful gesture that really made my recovery easier. This hotel offers outstanding value for money and exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth recommending and I’ll be back.

The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

This stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station—just a two-minute walk—and getting to Futian Checkpoint takes only one stop. A shopping mall is right around the corner, offering plenty of dining options. What really stood out was the robot-delivered food delivery straight to my room—so convenient and futuristic! There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. For the price, this is an incredible value—highly recommend if you're visiting Shenzhen!

We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. If we ever come back to Shenzhen, we’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

The bathroom features a smart three-zone layout with excellent shower pressure and a high-tech toilet seat that felt like luxury. Breakfast included fresh handmade wontons, and the kind staff even offered an extra helping when they noticed how much I enjoyed them. Even the window-side plants were perfectly cared for, adding a touch of greenery and life to the space. I genuinely didn’t want to check out — this place feels like home. Definitely coming back.
