This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From check-in to checkout, every detail was perfect. The room was incredibly quiet and spotlessly clean—everything neatly arranged, and the bed was so comfortable I barely wanted to get up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was a standout: huge variety with both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated the warm, genuine service from the front desk staff—the lovely lady who upgraded my room without hesitation made our stay feel extra special. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and hospitality. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Guangzhou. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had in recent years.

My stay at Oriental Ginza Hotel Shenzhen was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around the city. There are countless dining options just steps away, from local street food to upscale restaurants, so you never run out of choices. The service was outstanding—special shoutout to Xiao Long at reception, who went above and beyond with his warm, attentive, and efficient hospitality. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance made for a restful night's sleep. Cleanliness, comfort, and convenience all hit the mark. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending. I’ll be coming back here on my next visit to Shenzhen!

Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm—always smiling and ready to assist. I especially appreciated the complimentary hand cream they gave upon checkout; such a thoughtful little gift! The Vitamin Energy Station (available 1–5 PM) offered fresh fruit—plenty of variety and delicious quality. And in the evening, they provided a comforting late-night snack service with congee and sweet soup—perfect after a long day. It’s clear this hotel cares about guest comfort and small details. Clean, welcoming, and full of little surprises—this place really stands out. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Shenzhen.

The cleanliness was impressive — spotless from top to bottom, with no corners overlooked. The staff were warm and welcoming, and having a dedicated concierge made everything so much easier. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right near Futian Convention & Exhibition Center, just a short metro ride away from major attractions. I’ve never had such a seamless, comfortable experience at a hotel like this. It’s not just about the looks — it’s the attention to detail that truly sets it apart. I’d definitely come back to try a different room type next time. A standout stay, highly recommended!

This was my second stay at True Go Hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. Getting here by ride-hailing from Huanggang Port takes just about 20 minutes—super convenient with no transfers needed. If you’re coming via train, take Line 1 from Luohu to Zhuzilin Station, then it’s a pleasant 14-minute walk through greenery-lined streets, which makes the journey relaxing rather than stressful. For shopping, KK One is only 9 minutes away by car, while Yitian Holiday Plaza is just 7 minutes—right across from Window of the World, so you can easily combine a shopping trip with sightseeing. Major attractions are also close: Window of the World in 7 minutes, Happy Valley in 10 minutes, and Shenzhen Safari Park just 30 minutes away—perfect for family trips. The staff were outstanding—the front desk team handled check-in swiftly, under 10 minutes, and even with multiple requests during our family visit, housekeeping responded instantly every time. Cleanliness was top-notch; the room was spotless, as expected from a repeat guest. What really stood out? The hotel sits right next to Garden Expo Park, surrounded by lush trees and quiet pathways. It’s incredibly peaceful—no city noise, just birds chirping at night. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, excellent value, great location, and warm hospitality make this a must-visit when in Shenzhen.

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Coco Park, with easy access to Futian Port, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and public transit. It’s convenient, safe, and full of local charm. If you're visiting Shenzhen, this hotel offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything you'd need is here: a full-sized washing machine, detergent provided, and spotless cleanliness throughout. I especially appreciated the large windows on every floor, which let in fresh air and sunlight while still feeling peaceful despite being close to bustling areas. The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the exhibition center, and super convenient for public transit. Breakfast was fantastic—wide variety, delicious flavors, and the freshly ground coffee was a real highlight. I even saw many international guests enjoying it too! Being so close to Futian Port made crossing into Hong Kong seamless. Even better, after checking out, we were able to store our luggage with the hotel and returned later in the evening after exploring Hong Kong. This flexibility made our travel experience stress-free.
