Staying at Garden Hotel by LuxCabins near the Gangxia Metro Station in Shenzhen’s Futian District was an absolute delight. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and peaceful—definitely not what you’d expect from a central location. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed, like I was stepping into a cozy home away from home. The staff, especially Xiao Di and Xiao Xuan, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient—so much so that even my husband, who’s usually very particular about service, couldn’t stop praising them. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice mix of local and Japanese-inspired options. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just steps from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place offers comfort, convenience, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Shenzhen—highly recommend!

After enjoying breakfast, I could just chill in the room with a little nap without feeling rushed. While the robot delivery occasionally had to handle multiple food orders, the staff were always proactive, personally delivering meals right to my door. Their flexibility and attention to detail really made a difference, especially during busy times. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and convenience. I truly hope the hotel continues to maintain this high standard—it’s definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Shenzhen.

You’re also within walking distance of Excellence Center, which means endless dining options nearby. The hotel itself feels brand new—modern, well-maintained, and spotless. But what really stands out is the staff: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond without making you feel like a bother. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was smooth and welcoming. Honestly, I’d give this place 100/100—if that were possible. Will definitely be back.

HEJING HOTEL (ShenzhenFutianPort Convention and Exhibition Center Store)

Staying at Hejing Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Port Convention and Exhibition Center Store) was an absolute highlight of our trip. The room was incredibly quiet—perfect for late-night arrivals, which we experienced. The staff went above and beyond: they kindly upgraded us to a larger room and even provided little extras for our child, including a personal toothbrush and disposable slippers—such a thoughtful touch! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from a lively local market where we enjoyed great food and shopping. Everything we needed for dining, clothing, and transportation was within easy reach. Being so close to Futian Port made crossing into Hong Kong seamless. Even better, after checking out, we were able to store our luggage with the hotel and returned later in the evening after exploring Hong Kong. This flexibility made our travel experience stress-free. Overall, comfort, convenience, and excellent service all come together here. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a smart, comfortable base in Shenzhen.

There wasn’t a room ready yet, but I only had to wait a few minutes, and the staff—especially the glasses-wearing lady at reception—were friendly and helpful. One small downside: food delivery can’t be brought up to your room, so you have to go downstairs to pick it up. But honestly, that’s a minor thing. The TV supports screen mirroring, which made movie nights with friends extra fun and immersive. Overall, this place offers great value, clean rooms, and solid service.
