The location is perfect: just steps away from the metro station, making it super easy to explore downtown and nearby attractions. What really stood out was when I accidentally left my watch behind in the room. The front desk team immediately noticed and reached out to me right away—such a thoughtful and prompt response! It’s clear they care about guest comfort and details. This hotel offers excellent value for money and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

Lavande Hotel (Hunan University)

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I appreciated how thorough the cleaning was—no missed spots on the floors or surfaces. There’s also a convenient self-service laundry room on-site, which is a big plus for longer stays. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering personalized tips on local eats and sightseeing routes that made my exploration much smoother. While the TV is on the smaller side and doesn’t support screen mirroring, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. For travelers looking for a no-frills, well-located, and value-packed stay—especially if you're here for sightseeing or business—the hotel delivers exactly what it promises.
