We arrived in the morning and planned to just drop off our luggage and head out for the day, coming back later to check in. But she checked availability and kindly offered us early check-in since a room was free. That was such a thoughtful touch! The room itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, making it perfect for a good night's rest. The only minor downside is that the room doesn’t have windows, but honestly, everything else more than makes up for it. Cleanliness, amenities, location—all top-notch. If you're visiting Shenzhen, this is definitely a great choice with excellent value.

Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

We had a minor issue with our initial room booking, but the front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a superior executive twin room—such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, with meticulous attention to detail in the interior design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window overlooking the mountains and sea is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety and delicious quality. The front desk staff, Zane, was incredibly attentive and kind; he proactively explained the late check-out policy, which helped ease our travel schedule concerns. The room itself was immaculately clean, with excellent soundproofing—perfect for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. The overall experience was exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. A hidden gem in Nanshan, Shenzhen, this is definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
