The breakfast was also arranged in advance: we simply confirmed our preferred time for room service, with both Chinese and Western options available—so convenient and hassle-free. From check-in to checkout, every detail felt personalized and well-considered. It’s rare to find such attentive hospitality combined with practical solutions during construction. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely return without hesitation.

Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

The overall experience was exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. A hidden gem in Nanshan, Shenzhen, this is definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
