Everything—from the bed linens to the towels—was fresh, crisp, and completely odor-free. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Ye, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist. I also loved that there’s a self-service laundry with both washing and drying machines—so handy when traveling. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for streaming or staying connected. Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen once again, and I’m as impressed as ever. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a large shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and exploring effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, staff immediately assisted with our luggage—so welcoming and thoughtful. The room itself is beautifully designed in a classic old-money style, elegant and timeless. I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: the entire Thelier skincare collection had such a subtle, luxurious fragrance that made every moment in the room feel like a little escape. The executive lounge is truly worth it—floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing or just gazing into the distance. They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. Special shoutout to Mandy, whose warm and attentive service stood out. She made us feel genuinely cared for. This hotel exceeded all expectations, and I’m already planning my next visit—especially curious to see the new rooms!

Park Hyatt Shenzhen

Staying at Park Hyatt Shenzhen was an absolute delight. The design is understated yet luxurious, and the attention to detail in service truly stands out. From the wide selection of snacks and soft drinks in-room, to the afternoon offering of fresh fruit and wine with elegant presentation, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. Coming back in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised by a refreshing fermented tea waiting for me—such a lovely personal touch. Even after check-out, the team went the extra mile: they called the next day to confirm if I’d left behind my clothes and glasses, then arranged to ship them home for me. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. This stay exceeded expectations—sophisticated, seamless, and genuinely memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.
