They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. Special shoutout to Mandy, whose warm and attentive service stood out. She made us feel genuinely cared for. Coming back in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised by a refreshing fermented tea waiting for me—such a lovely personal touch. Even after check-out, the team went the extra mile: they called the next day to confirm if I’d left behind my clothes and glasses, then arranged to ship them home for me. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. This stay exceeded expectations—sophisticated, seamless, and genuinely memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.
