What stood out most was the unbeatable location: just a short walk from Xiaozhai Metro Station, making it super easy to explore the city. I took the metro to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter in no time—perfect for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Free Wi-Fi worked great throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the mini-fridge in the room, which was a real bonus during the hot summer days. The location is unbeatable: just a 7-8 minute walk to the Shaanxi History Museum (south entrance only), and about 30 minutes on foot to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise. Perfect for travelers who love walking and immersing themselves in history and culture. Breakfast time coincided with peak hours, so the service was a bit rushed—some minor delays and cleanliness issues in the dining area could be improved. However, the hotel thoughtfully provides paper takeout boxes, which made it easy to grab breakfast and enjoy it later while sightseeing. Bonus points for the nearby Yongli Zhaojia BBQ joint—it’s delicious and just a short stroll away. Overall, this is a well-priced, convenient, and comfortable choice for anyone visiting Xi’an. Staying at Gran Melia Xi'an was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's design is elegant without being overly flashy—very refined and modern. Our Huanxiang Suite, measuring 103 square meters, felt spacious and airy, making it incredibly comfortable for our family stay. The bedding was plush and fresh with no strange odors, and the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive—daily cleaning, plus a second tidy-up in the evening, which made a big difference. The staff on the executive floor were especially memorable: warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. They greeted my child by name each time and even brought over two small packs of chips just because he liked them—such a sweet, personal touch. The executive lounge snacks were also excellent—on our first night, when we were rushing to get ready, I stopped by for a quick bite. There was a good variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well-curated. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—just across from the Tang Paradise Garden, a short walk to the lively Tang Dynasty Night Market, and close to Qujiang Book City. Everything is pedestrian-friendly, which is perfect for exploring the area at your own pace. The concierge at the lobby was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. A few words were enough for him to understand exactly what I needed, living up to the Gold Key reputation. Overall, while it might not be the flashiest hotel in town, the service quality ranks among the top I've experienced. It’s calm, respectful, and deeply considerate—everyone knows their role and executes it flawlessly. That level of consistency is rare. One small suggestion: please extend breakfast service a bit longer. We arrived around 10:30, and the serving station had already been cleared—plates and tongs were gone—even though food was still available. It left latecomers stranded without tools to serve themselves. A minor fix, but would make a big difference. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Despite being in the heart of the city, the place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including authentic local favorites like lamb stewed bread (yang rou pao mo), meat-filled buns (rou jia mo), Biangbiang noodles, and Zengao. Plus, the garden features two gorgeous peacocks that stroll around peacefully—perfect for photos. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with soft bedding and complimentary sleep aids like herbal pillows and sachets. The view outside the window was stunning, especially at night when the Big Wild Goose Pagoda lights up. I’d definitely come back again. The stay exceeded all expectations—every aspect was outstanding, and I’ll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again on my next visit to Xi'an. Due to a delayed high-speed train schedule, we arrived at Xi'an North Station right at the stroke of midnight, facing heavy crowds and long waits for taxis—truly tiring after the journey. But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The hotel is walking distance to Yonghui Supermarket and Kaidi Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Best of all? Food delivery arrives via robot—so futuristic and efficient! From comfort to convenience, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend for travelers seeking quality, warmth, and modern touches.
