On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. I particularly loved the minced pork with eggplant and the stir-fried cucumber with eggs—simple but delicious. Even better, when I called the front desk, they kindly upgraded my room without hesitation. That kind gesture made a big difference. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and professional. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a home away from home.
