Suyuan Hotel

Stayed at Suyuan Hotel during my visit to Suzhou, and I was genuinely impressed. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—when they noticed we had a young child, they proactively offered us a larger twin room with plenty of space, which made our family stay much more comfortable. The room facilities were standard but well-maintained; the bathtub was a big hit with my little one, who spent ages splashing around. The air conditioning worked perfectly—the temperature was just right for autumn, so we didn’t need to crank it up too high. One of the highlights was the large koi pond in the courtyard, where we could buy fish food and feed the colorful fish. My child loved it and couldn’t stop smiling while watching them swim. I also tried Xinhuaxi Beef Noodle Soup—it was delicious and definitely worth a visit. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby was bright and clean, and the room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable.
