Special shoutout to Xiao Ya and Xiao Gou—they upgraded our room without hesitation, arranged a late check-out, and even gave us a cute souvenir: a Sanxingdui-themed fridge magnet. However, I wasn’t informed upon check-in that nearby streets were under construction, so constant renovation noise made it a bit hard to relax during the day. Since I had to leave early and couldn’t return in time to check out, I called the front desk to ask if they could bring my packed luggage down. The staff member I spoke with sounded a little impatient, which was a bit disappointing. That said, most of the team were friendly and professional. The breakfast attendant was especially warm and welcoming—her smile made the morning much better. When I returned later to collect my bags, only one young guy was on duty at the front desk, and he was absolutely amazing. I had quite a few bags, and instead of just handing them over, he offered me a reusable tote bag and even gave my kid a cute panda plush toy—such a thoughtful touch! It really stood out. Overall, despite the minor hiccup with the initial interaction, the service and location make this a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.
