A few suggestions for improvement: afternoon tea desserts were identical to breakfast pastries—consider rotating the selection to avoid feeling like leftover items. Also, airport shuttle service had gaps (e.g., after 5 PM), likely due to driver rest periods—adding a second driver on rotation could ensure coverage throughout the day. Lastly, while the outdoor hot tub on the balcony was lovely, there was no privacy screening, so guests had to use it while wearing swimwear, which slightly reduced the experience. Despite these minor points, this hotel delivers a truly welcoming, relaxing stay. We felt at home every single day. Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. I ended up staying in most of the time because it felt so comfortable and self-sufficient. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.

What truly stands out? Four distinct pools, including a heated one and a dedicated adult pool—perfect for relaxation or a refreshing swim. Plus, the private underground passage leading directly to the beach is a game-changer; no need to walk in the sun or through crowded areas. Elevators are conveniently placed throughout, making access easy for elderly guests and kids alike. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back.
