The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. Breakfast was solid—nothing fancy, but satisfying and well-balanced. What truly stands out? Four distinct pools, including a heated one and a dedicated adult pool—perfect for relaxation or a refreshing swim. Plus, the private underground passage leading directly to the beach is a game-changer; no need to walk in the sun or through crowded areas. Elevators are conveniently placed throughout, making access easy for elderly guests and kids alike. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back.

Golden Phoenix Sea View Hotel

Staying at Golden Phoenix Sea View Hotel in Sanya was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by peaceful, scenic views. As soon as I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the bright, spacious layout and stunning ocean views that made the stay feel truly special. What really stood out was the exceptional service: after checking out, I realized I’d left my phone behind, completely unaware. To my surprise, the front desk staff member, Xiao Li, called me immediately to confirm details and safely kept my belongings. That level of attentiveness and care made all the difference. It’s clear this team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch hospitality and a prime coastal setting, this hotel is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

Timton Fuhe Hotel

The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient for getting around, with easy access to attractions and a peaceful, scenic neighborhood. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort and convenience in one. I especially want to thank Front Desk Manager Xiao Wang for the excellent room assignment and warm hospitality—it felt like being welcomed into a home away from home. I stayed here as a transit stop, but was pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Yemeng Long Beach, perfect for catching the sunset at the ideal viewing spot. Plus, there’s live acoustic music on weekends—such a nice touch that adds charm to the evening. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya.

Howard Johnson Resort Sanya Bay

Staying in the honeymoon suite on the 7th floor was such a delightful surprise—corner room with multiple windows and a spacious balcony that flooded the space with natural light. The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a private retreat. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and friendly, greeting us with a smile the moment we walked in. Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.
