The main reasons? It’s a brand-new property with innovative design, includes breakfast, and even offers late-night snacks—perfect for a busy traveler like me. The check-in experience was seamless: facial recognition entry was incredibly convenient, especially for someone who always misplaces things. It felt like having my hands free from the start. The room itself came with a Dyson hairdryer and full-sized toiletries—everything you’d want. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The 21st-floor lobby is stunningly elegant, and the on-site restaurant has a great vibe. As a Disney fan, seeing Mickey around made my day! Service was genuinely outstanding. The front desk staff even came to our lounge area to assist with check-in—no waiting, no hassle. Once inside the room, they followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory and offered a personalized choice of room fragrance delivered right to us. Special thanks to Tina (or 'Taotao' as she was called)—when I rushed out for checkout and completely forgot about my expense receipt, she immediately arranged it for me, prepared the documentation, and even arranged to send it to me. That kind of care is unforgettable. The night snack was an absolute highlight—the beef noodle soup tasted just like the one from my childhood memories: silky yet chewy noodles, tender, flavorful beef, and rich broth. Pure perfection. Breakfast was also a hit; I ordered via QR code—scrambled eggs, beef noodles, and waffles—all delicious and fresh. This place exceeded expectations in every way. Hotel Twinkle

Staying at Hotel Twinkle in Hangzhou's Binjiang Olympic Sports Center was hands down one of the most memorable experiences I've had recently. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the elegant French-inspired architecture and modern luxury set the tone perfectly—like walking into a high-end art gallery. The exterior is strikingly sophisticated, but it’s inside where the details truly shine. Every corner of the public spaces feels intentional and beautifully curated, with an artistic vibe that speaks volumes about the hotel’s attention to quality and design. The front desk staff were exceptional—my personal concierge was warm, attentive, and always smiling. Whether it was check-in or last-minute advice before checkout, their professionalism and genuine hospitality made all the difference. Dining here was another highlight. The restaurant isn’t just visually stunning—it delivers on taste too. Breakfast was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, while dinner offered a refined menu with excellent presentation. The ambiance elevated every meal into a special occasion. The fitness center and pool are well-maintained and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I especially loved soaking in the pool under the evening sky—it was peaceful and rejuvenating. One small moment stood out: I arrived late and accidentally locked my keycard inside the room. Without hesitation, the team helped me reissue a new one quickly and calmly. Their calm response and willingness to assist made me feel truly cared for. voco Hangzhou Binjiang Minghao

This was my first stay at a voco hotel, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the metro station and only a few minutes away from the Qiantang River, with beautiful views nearby. From the moment I arrived, Leo made me feel welcome with warm, attentive service during check-in and even brought a delicious green bean paste dessert and yogurt in the evening—such a thoughtful touch. Parking was a breeze thanks to the spacious underground garage with two levels. The room itself was stylish, bright, and generously sized, with top-notch amenities and high-quality ELEMIS bath products. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and great flavors. Everything about this stay felt polished and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back.
