Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right next to a bustling shopping district, making it super easy to explore local nightlife and grab some late-night street food just a short walk away. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, instantly giving you a welcoming and relaxed vibe the moment you step in. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Shi and Xiao Du, were incredibly helpful and friendly—they went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and local tips, making our trip much more enjoyable. Clean rooms, excellent service, and a great atmosphere all make this a top choice for anyone visiting Xi'an. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Atour Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin

Staying at Atour Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro, with Burger King right downstairs and two shopping malls nearby, making dining, movies, and shopping super easy. The room itself is spacious, offering plenty of comfort, and the bedding was clean, fresh, and very inviting. Breakfast was abundant and varied—perfect for starting the day right. What truly stood out was the service: from housekeeping to front desk staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to requests. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest satisfaction. This hotel offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.
