All the bathroom amenities were from Marlin Doggo, which added a nice touch with their fresh scent and high-quality feel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—especially one blonde girl with a side-swept fringe who had such a cheerful attitude, and another with dark hair and big eyes who was just as warm and helpful. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. If I ever come back to Dalian, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A truly memorable stay.

The children’s themed room was a hit—colorful, playful, and packed with fun details that instantly delighted our little ones. From themed toiletries to small toys, every touch showed genuine thoughtfulness. Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

The only minor issue was the pillow—I found it a bit too firm—but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately replaced it with a softer one. This stay exceeded all my expectations! I have to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff, Sally and Xiao Miao—check-in was quick and seamless, and their friendly service made me feel right at home. They even recommended some fantastic local eateries nearby and gave clear walking directions, which was incredibly helpful. The room might be a bit dated, but it’s super comfortable and well-maintained. Plus, the four brand-new elevators (by Mitsubishi!) run smoothly and give you peace of mind. Location-wise, it’s perfect—just steps from the metro and bus stops, making getting around town a breeze. For the comfort, convenience, and value, this hotel is a standout. I’ll definitely be coming back to Dalian and choosing this one again.
